Purchasing Policy
This policy applies in full to products sold and delivered by Menela.com.br. For products sold and delivered by partner stores (marketplace), the Customer must consult item 10 of this Policy before completing their purchase.
1. Orders
Orders will only be considered valid when placed through the official Menela website (www.menela.com.br). Menela does not recognize and is not responsible for purchases made on unofficial websites, nor for changes or fraud on the Customer's devices.
After completing the order, the Customer will receive a confirmation email containing the order number. After payment confirmation, the Customer will be informed about the order status through the same channel.
The Customer must check the receipt of the confirmation email and check whether the order data corresponds to the purchase made. If there is any discrepancy, the Customer must contact the Customer Service Channels within 24 hours for analysis and correction.
2. Prices and Promotional Conditions
The offers are published exclusively on Menela's official website (www.menela.com.br) and on the brand's official channels, including Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
The prices and promotional conditions are valid subject to stock availability and the deadline stipulated in the campaigns. Only those sent from the @menela.com.br domain will be recognized as Menela promotional emails.
The prices informed by email are valid only on the date of sending and/or within the promotional period indicated. Menela reserves the right to correct any typographical or graphic errors in its promotional materials.
The images displayed in the advertisements are merely illustrative. For detailed information on products and prices, the Customer must access Menela's official website.
Due to the nature of the products sold, prices may vary over short periods of time. Therefore, the Customer acknowledges that the price in effect at the time of purchase will be the one applied and will not be subject to subsequent changes.
In the event of a typing or graphic error on the website or any other Menela communication channel, the company reserves the right to correct the information and, if necessary, cancel the order at no cost to either party.
3. Payment Methods
Menela offers the following payment methods:
3.1. Bank Slip
For payments via bank slip, the Customer must select the corresponding option and print the slip to make the payment. Before completing the payment, it is recommended to check the order data and the machine-readable line of the slip, ensuring that there has been no changes by viruses or malware on the device used.
3.2. Credit Card
For payments by credit card, the Customer must preferably use a card in their own name. If using a third party card, the Customer will be responsible for obtaining authorization from the cardholder.
Menela may request additional information to confirm the cardholder's authorization, ensuring greater security in the transaction.
The Customer who makes purchases using a third party credit card without authorization will be responsible for any losses caused to Menela and/or third parties, and may be held legally liable for fraud committed.
The credit card limit is established by the card administrator and must be verified by the Customer before completing the purchase.
4. Fraud Prevention
To protect its Customers and the financial system, Menela reserves the right to cancel transactions and block delivery of the order if any suspicion of fraud or improper use of the credit card is identified.
If Menela is notified of improper use of the credit card after the order has been completed and the product has been delivered, the company will take the appropriate legal measures to recover the credit, including legal and criminal measures.
The Customer undertakes to adopt security measures to prevent fraud, such as keeping their device free of viruses and malicious software that may compromise the integrity of the information contained on the Menela website.
