Delivery Policy
The delivery time stated at the time of purchase is an estimated forecast and may change due to external factors beyond Menela's control.
1. Conditions that may affect the delivery time
Menela is not responsible for delays in delivery in the following situations, including, but not limited to:
Incorrect, incomplete or outdated delivery address;
Address with delivery restrictions by the carrier, whether due to being a risky or inaccessible region;
Absence of the recipient at the time of delivery;
Unjustified refusal to receive the product by the Customer or third parties at the delivery location;
Change of address without proper updating of registration data;
Inability to access the address at the time of delivery;
Fortuitous events, force majeure or third party actions.
2. Risk areas or areas with different delivery times
Menela is not responsible for failure to meet the delivery deadline when the Customer's address is located in risk areas or areas subsequently classified by carriers as "delivery areas with different delivery times". In these situations, it is up to the Customer to check whether their region falls into this category before completing the purchase.
3. Reshipping costs
If the customer refuses to accept the product without justification, he/she will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for a new delivery attempt.
4. Shipping options
When placing the order, the customer may choose between the shipping options available, considering not only the prices, but also the delivery times and conditions provided.
5. Periods of high demand
During periods of high sales volume, such as Black Friday and holidays with high commercial demand, such as Christmas, delivery times may change due to the significant increase in the number of orders and logistics operations.
